Custom-built with soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, and a massive wrap-around deck, the 5-bedroom home has the ambiance of a rustic lodge with the amenities of a modern resort, including a sauna.



In the great room, plush sofas frame a wood-burning fireplace and large-screen TV with Sonos sound bar, while full-length windows surround an 8-seat formal dining table for meals with a view. Four comfy stools at the breakfast bar add a “kids’ table” or additional seating for larger groups. Find inspiration in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a six-burner gas range, or step onto the private kitchen patio to fire up the grill.



Glass doors open the living area to the expansive private deck, furnished with comfy lounge chairs. Come back to the home for apres ski, after a day on the slopes. Cozy up to the wood-burning outdoor fire pit, take a soak in the hot tub or warm up in the sauna.



Ideal for large groups, Wildridge Chalet comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests with a layout designed for privacy, including a mother-in-law style suite above the garage with two bedrooms, an office suite and a private kitchenette, as well as two bunk rooms.

The light-filled primary suite has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking rows of evergreens, a wall-mounted TV, and a private entrance to the main deck. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted soaker tub and glass shower.

This sunny room has vaulted ceilings, stylish hardwood furniture and a small, private balcony with mountain views. The en-suite bathroom has a combination shower/tub.

One of two suites located above the garage, this quaint room has picture windows and a private built-in desk. A full bathroom, shared with guests of Bedroom 5, is just outside.

In addition to a full bathroom, the two-room suite above the garage also features a seating area with a kitchenette and a wall-mounted TV.



On the ground level, Wildridge Chalet boasts a second family room with a comfortable wrap around sofa and wall-mounted TV, a well stocked game closet, and a luxurious sauna.



This level also has a spacious laundry room to ensure you’re always ready for your next adventure. In the winter, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing and snowmobiling. In the summer, head to Ousel Falls Park, a 5-minute drive, and explore miles of nearby hiking and biking trails within Spanish Peak.



A heated garage with parking for one car allows you to easily explore the surrounding area, from fly-fishing streams to the local golf course.
