Details: The Gray Owl Retreat is an unforgettable 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home with sweeping mountain views that sleeps 12. This retreat is nestled on 1 acre of land, surrounded by 5 acres of greenspace, and is home to elk, foxes, and more. Guests will love relaxing in the outdoor deck's private sitting spa, utilizing the Summer golf cage, and playing shuffleboard or ping pong in the game room.



Guests enter this beautiful home on the second floor, across from an adjacent detached cabin.* Inside, the entryway has a wall-mounted boot and glove dryer and plenty of space to hang bags and coats. A beautiful open kitchen, dining, and living space features wide-plank wood floors, exposed support beams, and gorgeous views of the surrounding woods. The chef’s kitchen has a double oven, premium appliances, a wine chiller, and a farmhouse sink. A dining table seats 4 in the kitchen and opens to a luxurious living space with sleek and sophisticated decor. Guests can curl up by a gas fireplace on a wraparound couch or relax in leather armchairs with a cocktail from the bar cart while watching TV. Sliding glass doors open from the living area to a fabulous covered deck with a fully furnished sitting space, including a gas firepit and hanging infrared heaters. The uncovered section of the deck has a large hot tub and a gas grill, and sliding glass doors that open to a primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a claw-foot tub, and a separate shower.



Upstairs, on the third floor, is a large guest bedroom with a low A-frame ceiling, a queen bed, and a workspace with a sofa and a shared bathroom.



On the first floor, a fully stocked game room has a shuffleboard, a ping-pong table, exercise equipment, 2 TVs, and a wraparound couch. Sliding glass doors open to a carport area with a basketball hoop and a golf/batting cage. A bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a lovely guest bedroom with a queen bed share a bathroom with the game room.
