Blue Grouse Hills is the perfect year-round location for a quiet family retreat to Big Sky, abutting rolling sagebrush and forested hills near Town Center. This quaint neighborhood features a small handful of townhome duplexes styled on the exterior as log cabins with all the comforts of home inside—and lots of outdoor living space for lawn games or playing in the yard. Big Sky Town Center is a 10-minute walk or short drive, where guests will find many of our favorite local shops, restaurants, groceries, and nightlife.



Other nearby activities include flyfishing and rafting on the Gallatin River, horseback riding, and mountain biking. The west entrance of Yellowstone National Park is a 45-minute drive to the south, most of which is through the scenic northwest corner of the park and Gallatin National Forest.



Comfortably sleeping 6 guests, Blue Grouse is a recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo with vaulted ceilings, 2 levels of living space, and a large deck with mountain views. The main level features an open concept floor plan with a well-stocked kitchen that flows effortlessly into the dining area and living room. Granite countertops, tile backsplash, updated appliances, and all the cookware and kitchen equipment you will need set the stage for a delicious homecooked meal. The dining table has seating for 6, plus another 4 at the breakfast bar, providing plenty of space for sit-down meals or a casual snack.

The living room boasts vaulted ceilings, a 2-story wood-burning river rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Relax by the fire and soak in the views of the Gallatin Range to the east or watch the game from the sofa and armchairs on the flatscreen TV.



Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to your private deck. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub under the stars while the moon rises over the mountains to the east. During the summer months, enjoy dining al-fresco on the deck while the chef of the family cooks dinner on the gas grill.



For convenience, there is a laundry room on the main level of this home with a washer, dryer, and ironing board. There is also a one-car garage attached to the condo with a covered open-air breezeway—or guests can park one additional vehicle in the driveway. Four-wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter months for this stunning property.
